pork loin or pork shoulder
thinly sliced

Instructions
Combine the garlic, vinegar, oil, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Coat the pork thoroughly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Heat a cast iron skillet, grill, or flat-top over medium-high heat.
Cook the pork in batches until lightly charred and cooked through.
Warm the pan árabe or flour tortillas.
Fill each bread with sliced pork.
Top with chipotle salsa, salsa roja, and a squeeze of fresh lime.
Serve immediately.
